How To Donate

The Closet accepts a wide variety of donated items, including:

gently used men's, women's and children's clothing
shoes
outer garments
household items
linens
dishes
electronics
sporting goods
books
toys
videos
musical instruments
and more

We do not take in very large furniture or any other very large items, due to limited space. Mattresses, large pieces of exercise equipment are also not accepted. If you have any questions about donations, please call us at 703-437-7652.

The Closet is located at 845 Station Street Herndon VA. 20170 Our donation days are Tuesday, Thursday. and Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm. Just drive around the back of the building and someone will help you bring in your donations.

Tax deductible financial donations are graciously accepted, and are used to further the communuity mission of the Closet.
